Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards and payment via Paypal.  Also we will take a cheque with orders but will not dispatch until cleared.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

You will be emailed with confirmation of order and notified of any out of stock items.

Delivery 

In the UK we strive to send your order to you same or next working day. Subject to payment.

Back Orders

If your items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.  Our vat number is : 840567816

Overseas Customers may be charged duty from there respective Customs departments, we are not responsible to cover these charges and if you have any concerns, contact your local customs and excise office prior to ordering.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use SSL security encrypted protocols. Where you will see the padlock symbol and in the address bar https://. When you are entering your card details.

We do not hold any card information after sale nor do we pass on any of your details to any other person or company.

Guarantee

We believe on keeping our customers happy and give a full backup and after sales service.  By experience we often find  so called faulty goods are because of ‘customer error’ so speak to us first and we can normally help you check your work and therefore save you returning a fault free unit. Remember we have done this  All our goods carry manufactures guarantees, We are happy to exchange any part subject to testing. Should you find the product faulty please send us an email requesting a returns number and details of how to return any faulty part. If in doubt call us and we will give advise.

Returns Policy

No returns can be accepted for credit unless previously agreed by us and an official returns reference has been issued. A restocking charge of 15% of invoice value or a minimum of £5.00 will be levied on Goods not wanted. You must inform us within seven days from receipt of the goods for a return number to be issued. You will bear all costs of returning any goods under this category. All items to be returned must be in original packaging, undamaged and not used. All items returned as faulty are liable to manufacture inspection. We cannot guarantee replacement or credit: a warranty repair may be given. No items can be returned if they have been ordered specially.

Special Orders

Items that are ordered, that are not kept in stock are deemed to be a special orders. We would have to make a specific individual request / order from the manufacturers. If the products that you are requesting or sourcing are deemed to be special orders, then regrettably once the order / contract has been agreed we are in no way able to have these items returned.



Force Majeure


We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
