Corrective and Preventative Maintenance
An alarm system is like everything else it needs looking after and checking periodically.
We offer some different levels of Maintenance agreements to suit the customer base from our basic 2 star cover to a full extended parts and labour warranty.
All our new installs come with a years full 3 start maintenance cover that includes access to our 24/7 callout service for system breakdown, parts and labour and our 24/7 telephone helpline service.
We will also regularly call to check the systems operation annully for bells only and 6 monthly for systems connected to our monitoring service and Police (This complies to standards).
When you need service we are there.
We will maintain other firms alarms system on contrat and we have reciprocal arrangements with other firms, but only if that company is an approved installer to NACOSS standard. All others are regarded as DIY systems and we will only do a limited amount of breakdown work on these although we are always happy to give any advise we can.
